Very bad experience with the appointment and front desk. They booked my appointment before 6 month and sent email on the day of appointment. No reminder text or email. I was out of town. They charged 75$ as no visit fee.

Changing my rating. Front office promised to revert the charges.
Overall I had a great experience with cleaning and they really take good care.
