PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash or check. Our practice accepts personal, certified, and business checks. We do ask for a nominal 5% pre-payment at least one week prior to your first appointment.

INSURANCE PLANS
At 212 Smiling, we're happy to help you determine whether your insurance plan will cover dental work. If your company does offer dental plans as part of your insurance package, our team can also help you file your claim. Please feel free to contact our practice for assistance.

COMPANY FLEX PLANS
If your employer offers a medical spending account, you may be able to use pre-tax dollars to pay for your medical expenses. Contact your employer for details.

Appointment Policies

At 212 Smiling, we believe that an appointment is an agreement between you and your dentist. We make every effort to set aside an appointment time and reserve doctors, staff, and office time specifically for you, and consequently we ask patients to honor the appointments they set.

We also understand that your schedule may change unexpectedly. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment, since schedule changes can affect other patients as well as our staff. For this reason, any appointment changes or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a fee.

Emergency Appointments
We schedule time every day for emergency dental patients in extreme pain. Your comfort is our main concern!
